Return/Refund Policy

At Price Value Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and final sale/clearance items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at before sending the product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference and item availability.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card again.
  • Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details.


6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
